RID Loyalism colors

Hello everyone,

as many of you know, RID's colors are red and black. To show our loyalism to RID, while at the same time looking like an organized, proffesional guild, I'd like to encourage everyone to paint things from armor, droids, clothes, vehicles, house signs, and more to be painted red and black. Many members already painted their armor and vehicles, which are probobly the most important things to be colored. Right here, I will walk through how to color some of those things.

Armor and Clothes: If it's composite armor, you can simply change the color through the radial menue in your inventory. However, other armor types must be crafted as the color they are by the armorsmith. The same goes for clothes, it must be crafted red and/or black by the tailor.

Vehicles and Droids: Vehicles require a vehicle customization kit and a droid customization kit for droids to be colored. You can normally find these on bazaars, or vendors for a cheap price. Once you gain possesion of the kits, simply target your droid and/or vehicle, and use the kit from your inventory. Please note that colors will fade away after a certain duration of time, so you'll need to buy new kits after the paint fades away.

House Signs: To make house signs red and black, this required to use certain color codes while naming your house.

Black= \#000000

Red= \#FF0000

Once you type the codes, you write whatever you want after it.

For example, you'd type \#FF0000Hello to type hello as red, and the same for black.

Gotta love the rid colours, House signs are awsome when the colours fade into each other

the colors are great, for one, they represent evil. im evil. BUT, its red and black, who dosent where red and black? most popular combo in the galaxie. i bet tonnes of guilds have this color combo. but thats just my personal opinion =)

I too think red and black is a good combo. And as for Jekks statement, your right. Red and black is a very popular combo, whether it be a guild color or not. When we fought with TIO to dismantle some bases, they wore the same color. However, red and black is most popular in armor, not much in droids, vechicles, or signs.

Actually, out of curiosity, I am going to start a message on the Starsider forums asking people what their guild colors are. Would be a nice way to set a statistic.
