a little help (video card related)

I'm looking to purchase another video card for my computer since I'm sure that's why SWG won't run like it should (fps rotates from 1-30 never a constant fps)

anyway i need a PCI card for a Dell Dimension 3000. If anyone can link me to a decent one on newegg or tiger direct, i would be grateful!

looking to spend no more than $100 on it.

I'm not sure if that computer can upgrade to a modern graphics card without killing the processor, since the entire thing is worth around $100 online.
