Taking over the city and perhaps merging Nar Shadda with it could work, but if you destroy it, there's still probably dozens of cities in line before you waiting to update to either level 3 or level 4. It'd be a huge waste of credits.

Well the idea would be to destroy the city right before Nar Shadda's city update.

Yes, but isn't Nar Shadda a rank 2 city? I don't think you can go up 2 ranks in 1 update. Also, there's a city rank revamp coming, so if the cap is raised the guild just wasted 200+ mil

Yeah good point. It would only guarantee it rank 3, but anything higher would be a gamble.

Well, let's not argue over what we can do with it, let's first decide if the purchase itself is worth the vestment. I'd argue the more people that contribute the less the financial burden on everyone involved. If we're able to, at least, take possession of it in the first place, we'll be golden. After that, there's plenty of time to deliberate.

Toor, the Politician Update may not include city caps. In fact, if the Devs raise the caps (which I hope they don't) then will probably only raise the Naboo, Tat, and Corellia ones.

Yeah, it's not quite certain what the Devs will do with player caps. They've basically just said they're looking into it.

In any event, I'll try to still get in contact with the sellers. They wanted to be contacted in-game.

The sad thing is that if they just turned housing decay back on, everything would be fixed... Tweak it so instead of destroying a house, it gets packed into your datapad (like they are fucking planning on doing anyways...).

But hey, god forbid if some old ass player comes back to the game to find his house in a city that no longer exists has been placed in his datapad where he can unpack it and everything inside of it was where he left... I mean, replacing the damn thing is just too much effort... christ...

If we can buy it I suggest to do so. We can exploit this point, merge with Ft Nar Shadda or blow it in the right time to advance Ft Nar Shadda but I don't think it will do a big difference

They are selling it..I doubt they would care

Even if they did *shrug*.

Since this is probably the last month im playing/paying for, i can contribute some. I got like..a couple mill and a 30k resource deed..i uh..found.
