When I saw this thread, I'm not going to lie I feel very tempted that RID should invest into it. As long as the Master Jedi cloak collection remains in the game, the city has one of the most active player city shuttleports. (Fort Oasis is also up there because of it's proximity to Black Sands.)

Food for thought. An investment for this city, could help Fort NS in the long run.

Definitely worth considering.

Usually though, those kinds of cities can go for at least 100 mil.

Indeed, such a thing could help out Nar Shadda. Costly, but it would be nice to advance Nar Shadda. Hell, if you could advance Shadda, I'd have to come back to the game!!! lol

Wow. Yeah it could be good to try to get that city but the fact is that Ft Nar Shadda is rank 2. When the next update will come it will be rank 3 if available. So paying to destroy a rank 4 city isn't an option for me because I can't get that rank. I need the 3 before lol

Ehat do you think? Maybe I'm missing something.

Destroying Firebase is a bad idea, as it's probably the most profitable spot on Dantooine (right next to the holocron farm points)

In any event, it's highly likely that there will be other inactive cities on Dantooine collapsing, or at least lowering in rank, as a result of the upcoming purge.

I'm going to have to agree with Toor. Destroying the city is not a good idea. It is one of the few places left in the galaxy that one can sell things to passer-bys.

I would agree with destroying the city if it were a joke, but not just to advance Nar Shadda. It would be kind of like if the person who bought Bovive's rasp destroyed it immediately after making the purchase. That is 1.3 billion credits worth of hilariousness.

Holocron farming isnt just for jedi.

Good point, at the very least ensuring that the city is in our control is a very good idea. If Lexx is able to agree on a price (with those damn, dirty Rebs) than I have a small Tatooine house ready to be placed, declare citizenship and run for mayorship.
