RID Mafia

Hello, for those who dont know, RID Mafia was lead by Rakuda, although when he left it pretty much fell apart. I feel we should continue on this thing. Its not an actual division or anything, just a small organization to unite those in seperate divisions together.

I would propose Telemchus, Fingolfin, (and I think there was somone else who was interested... Oraf was it?) to put the Mafia back together.

The way Rakuda did it was he would have non-Mafia members pay the Mafia credits to kill somone, similar to the way Fingolfin did it, although what they can also do is put up lists of bounties to kill for credits. I personally feel this would make RID more active.
