Faction Standing Question

Hey, can Smugglers still delegate faction points? Flashlight was able to join the Imperial Navy even though he had negative faction. Problem is now is his tier 2 trainer wants to have him arrested. I'm guessing it's the 2.5k faction that he has in the negative. I'm not sure I wanna grind that much, so was looking to possibly buy faction like in the old days. Does anyone know if it can still be done, and if so, where I can find a smuggy to do it?

I'm no sure about delegating faction, but on naboo outside Moenia if you will look on you POI there is listed something like Gungan / Imperial Battle. That is a exallent spot to get rid of your negitive faction. You will have to go combatant of course.

I'm not sure if smugglers can still buy faction, but anyone can delegate faction. Now that we use GCW points instead of faction points the majority of people will have extra faction to give you.
