Expertice System?

Can anyone point me to a post or a webpage that describes the current Expertice System?

With thawt last update on TC, the game is starting to sound semi complete/playable and when thath it lives, i am considering playing again.

this publish adds smuggler and officer expertise, the last publish added jedi and BH.
