R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

I just seen Kelrek from the guild Kisol scouting FO as if though there was a plan for a hostile take over in plan. Not saying that it's so, but he was moving around at a very slow pace like he was taking screen shots of the place. I am unsure of his intentions, but I still don't like the suddle walk about. Anways, just some fyi for you.

You are probably right, but he hung out around key locations like the shuttle and city hall. That's the only thing that alarmed me, it's just highly irregular to hang out being a rebel in an imperial city.

Probably shocked at how well the city is laid out, or just doing general recon

oh i can imagine, had a city on rori, effing rivers ever where, and they changed as months go by, so it was very difficult to get the city to look a certain way.
