Cether: Make it official?

Okay, well I think it's about time we officially designate the 4th Councilman.

I've been setting my eyes towards Cether, AKA Red-dawn, who is up for the role. I wanted to let him settle in RID once again before making anything official though.

Given that Red-dawn has worked on the Council before, I feel he could be a valuable addition. Granted, there may be some complaints regarding letting Cether join, seeing as how he has characters in SR.

So while I'm leaning on appointing him for the role soon, it's those concerns I'll definitely weigh.

Anyways, just wanted all of your guys input before doing anything.

PS: A guy named Esnedo has returned to SWG, and wishes to join RID. He hasn't filled an application yet, but I know him well in any case. I'll make sure he fills it out though.
