R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

I have interviewed the player in detail over VOIP and find her character to be acceptable. This was done some 48 hours ago actually, but I wanted to give the rest of the council time to respond to the application. Seeing as no additional disagreement was expressed she was guilded and placed ICly in the intelligence operations section.

Go for it. To be honest, I would guilded her after a very brief interview, simply because I know her very well.

Wanted to give it time so I was not stepping on toes, done and done.
