Stefan's application

Well I don't want to keep him waiting, so I was wondering what all your opinions would be on accepting Stefan's application (listed in the applications area).

He's probably not into RP much, but he's a casual player and a nice guy, already a citizen of Fort Oasis. Just wanted to see what everyone else thought.

I'm going to be the dissenter, I don't believe that he should be guilded, considering he had basic troubles filling out an application.

That's the only thing that really bothered me. Still I suppose most of the essential information is there.

I'll talk with him in-game though to see if he's RID material or not. Won't make any final decisions just yet.
