R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

I would like to submit the following individuals:

Apauck
Apauck's proven himself to be a very responsible member. He's assisted me in organizing RID RP by writing guides, decorating buildings, and being a coach to new members. He's 17 and a senior in high school, but he's on nearly every night on his characters Apauck, Atiin, and HK-(something). He's been a member of RID over four months. Unfortunately, he tends to be very introverted (currently, he's not near as shy as he was when he joined).

Tuskano
Tuskano has been in RID less than two months, but he's proved himself to be a dedicated leader by participating in PvP, PvE, and RP, thanks in a large part of being the most experienced Spy we have. For a newer member, he's one of the more frequent posters on these forums and quickly acquired a new RID forum signature. However, because of his work schedule he tends to have odd play hours.

Food for thought.

Both are good candidates. I'd lean towards Tuskano, but I'll need to put a bit more thought into it.

I'd lean towards Tuskano too. Apauck's a good guy, but his interests are a bit confined to RP. Tuskano seems more well-rounded.

My only issue with Tuskano is his odd play hours. Lexx, I'd recommend that if you speak with him, you inquire if his hours will be changing soon. (I've under the impression, they update every month or other month.)

Yeah I'll speak to him about that. Won't make any committed decisions just yet.

I know better Apauck since i recruited him in RID and he was in SD-O before. Like Arev said, hes a little bit shy. And he is mainly RPing as Ramd says.

About Tuskano, i have no idea about this guy. but if he doesn't log enough i dont think he will be useful as a council !
I know we did a lot of PvP when i was with my spy in RID, he seems to be a good PvPer

I wanted to wait to respond to this until after Lexx returned.

Why should we wait? Personally, we do too much waiting, and not enough action. Deliberation isn't necessary when there's only four of us and we've pretty much all have thrown in our two cents.

Tuskano changed his name, right? I forget what it was changed too.

Anyways, I agree. We need to make a choice, and I'll go with Tuskano, so long as he is active and willing to fill the position.

If all works out, we can make this official tonight.

Tuskano's name is now Kentt'.

It may be difficult sitting down with him unless you want to stay up late or catch him during the morning.

Okay, well after some amount of consideration, I've decided that Apauck shall be appointed as Councilman.

I decided to not apoint Tuskano/Kentt' for a number of reasons. One being that his online activity does not usually coincide with the rest of the guild's, nor our time schedule as well as Apauck's.

Additionally, many members take a liking towards Apauck, and this will help members look up to him as another leader in RID.

I also do not feel that Tuskano/Kentt' would be as willing and able to hold a leadership role as Apauck.

I know some may be concerned that Apauck's focus my lie too heavily in the roleplay field, but I believe that Apauck has not only what it takes to form groups and events, but also has a sufficient knowledge of the game and his own profession. I feel this could help us not only in PvE instances, but also in PvP, and other aspects of the GCW.

I will be making a formal announcment tonight, regarding the Council position. I will also grant him access to this forum tonight, and will move this thread and any others relating to Apauck, so that our opinions of him will remain private to him during his time as a Councilman.

As I mentioned to Lexx before, I was torn on the issue. Both candidates were very good choices. I know that Apauck will make an excellent Councilman.

I'm concerned with 1 thing so far .. RID is oriented for 100% RP
I dont see any PvP or heroics etc so far and members will get bored !

Am i the only one to see that ... beginning to be tired of RP becausee it brings drama ( aka things we had with Carlus and etc )

I would love to bring ppl in PvP but no one is interested beside crazygun

Well, from my understanding, you're on good terms with Apauck.

Anyways, your concerns are somewhat valid. But why don't you take some of the lessons from TAG, and help us apply those here.

It's not my intention to orient the guild completely RP, and I'm sure it's not Arev's intention to draw you away from Stormtrooper RP.

Anyways, because of the sever downtime, I couldn't make a guild-wide announcment, but I'll do that today.
