I really think it would be a bad idea to recruit him into RID. Ahoad was well liked amongst the ranks of the OWNz members, and I doubt he would have left because of something Lord Cyco did.

I know I haven't left cause of the naughty things you have done, Lexx.

But seriously, if you're opening a council vote on this, mine is no.

Yeah I spoke with Ahoad briefly yesterday. Was going to ask you if you knew of Ahoad's status in RID.

I find it odd that Ahoad would suddenly apply to RID after Mos Carova gets restores and OWNZ gets deranked. It almost seems like an attempt to get into Fort Oasis.

If Ahoad was well-liked in OWNZ, then it indeed seems odd that he would just up and leave like that. Also, why exactly would he apply to RID of all guilds, and not some other Imperial guild that has nothing to do with the whole OWNZ vs RID situation?

Fun Facts about Ahoad

- He's been running Hoth with Red-Dawn (on TK-162) for "months"

- Didn't find out about OWNZ taking over cities until yesterday, because he doesn't use their Vent channel. (XOSEH! VENT! NOW!)

- Thought he was disliked:

(He misinterpreted the guy's comments of "weak" as insulting him.)

- He's either extremely naive or deliberately distracting. Take into account, he's 16.

I still don't think we should recruit him, it'll only be for RID's own protection.

I can see how a 16 year old would take those comments as insulting, but this could all be a huge front. You don't really know with people, especially with OWNz.

No one expected them to destroy player owned cities, and they did.
Whats to stop them from going all out to get people into RID?

I'm strongly against accepting him.

Edit: He might say he was thought to be unliked, however every time I was logged on and monitoring their guild chat, he was always being spoken too or starting some type of conversation.

He said he was only in OWNZ for a month and joined under the recommendation of -Xaos-.

Lexx and I deliberated and guilded him, in part because of how highly he spoke of Red-Dawn whom he's known for months. Maybe this is an elaborate plan? Who knows. But, we agreed to keep him out of our cities.

Yes we recruited him, but trust me we definitely took your concerns into consideration. They're most definitely valid.

I just think if OWNZ wanted to infiltrate us, they would have done so differently, and I don't see Ahoad being the type.

But just to be safe, we're not letting him in our cities, and we'll be keeping a close eye on him.

He seems to know Red-dawn rather well, which is why I'm a bit more trusting of him than I should otherwise be.

Okay, as long as he doesn't touch any part of any RID City, I have no more opposition then.

I just don't want to lose anymore cities.

Well,

I've been running Hoth few times with Ahoad and when we did he was not a OWNZ member before (I think) .
When we got the first hit and i saw him with OWNZ, i immediately talk to him and he was not aware at all of this issue.
His house is not even inside their city.

But i must agree on 1 thing with Zoseh ... i wont accept him in my city for a few months !

As a mayor .. .i will always run for mayorship until they change the system.
