Well this time we must not make the same mistake. We must place a new city hall *as soon* as Carova is destroyed. Yes, that pathetic city of OWNZ Central will get its shuttle now... but sigh...

Yeah, worse yet, look what I found:



'Arla is, in fact, part of OWNZ. I've been telling people to contact either you or Xoseh about the full story. I sent Te'he a PM about this, revealing names such as OWNZ and 'Imp.

Something needs to be done, it's ridiculous. I don't care if it's a game mechanic or not, it's gone too far. It needs to be reported to someone, something has to be done on the Dev's part to stop this exploit.

Either that or I'm just going to put their vent info on every gaming website I can find. Probably do other stuff too, we'll see. At this point I'm going free game.

I put in my two cents on their forums.

If there is any good news from this, it's:

A.) They may be done taking over cities, seeing as how they'll finally get their shuttle
B.) We'll now have additional support from ex-Mos Carova citizens if we decide to pull off a takeover.

Between me and you guys, I think all the former citizens of Mos Carova should move their homes just outside OWNZ Central HQ, so that they'll be in the city when it advances.

Also, Xoseh, be adviced that the Outpost is being transferred to a new individual (possibly an alt of 'Imp, though not sure). So be sure to contact him/her for citizenship there if possible.

For now, we must the situation quiet in guild chat. However, both MEK-L and DJO have been strongly encouraging RID to wage war against OWNZ. Both are warring OWNZ, and know that they targetted us. DJO even said they would lend us their best PvP'ers if warred OWNZ. I told them we'd think about it, but at this point I'm not sure.

Still, we must be on guard. Though they may be done taking over cities, they are still a large organization, and even one of them may get a kick out of destroying vulnerable cities.

I feel like if we don't fight fire with moarfire, they won't stop. Like you said, once they get their shuttle, they might keep doing it for fun.

I still feel like we should take over their outpost. I'll definitly be a citizen there by the end of the night, no worries.

Edit: Also please do not take my forumrage into account, lol. I keep it here on the OWNz threads, once I log off the RID Forums, I feel only the hatred and no remorse us Dark Jedi should feel, muwhaha.

And lots of the Mos Carovan's are suggesting to surround OWNZ Central before it advances. I just told them to contact me in-game if they seriously want to do something about this.

Whoops. Lexx, what's your account information so I can delete a guild mail I sent out earlier?

I only sent that out because of the number of RID that lurk on SSG would, eventually, tell the PA about it. Better to tell everyone know and get it over with than make people feel 'left out out of the loop'.

Also, Lexx and Xoseh, you'll probably be receiving messages from Myxxie soon.

Okay lol, well forget it. It doesn't really matter really. I just didn't want our members to get too jumpy, but I suppose it makes little difference, because, just as you say, many read the SSG threads.

If anything, I suppose this will help us rally further support, as it shows that OWNZ is not just targetting RID, but a greater community of players.

Mos Carova has been taken by OWNZ. They renamed it Fort Carova and proceeded to grief the members of GP who attempted to register for mayor, in a vain attempt to hope that if someone was registered it couldn't be destroyed.

I don't see it labled as Fort Carova on my map, but it might just be a delay in the Name Change.

Hello Falcun,

I've contacted the players found in /reports and warned them that destroying this city violates policy. That's the best I can do at this point as nothing else has happened yet. If they do end up blowing up the city, please have the old mayor, Te'he, contact us regarding this matter.

Interesting. As much as I would hate to see Mos Carova get destroyed, I cannot help but feel a little upset that Fort Legacy didn't receive the same treatment... but meh, maybe we just didn't push the issue enough.

Anyways, it's not over yet. It might just be the GM scaring OWNZ (which could work), but nothing more. They may not do anything if it's destroyed.

This. You get a couple dozen people submitting tickets, and you'll get an answer.

And if you have Senators harassing Draak, that helps too.

But, I think you hit it on the head, we didn't push hard enough (and frankly, I think it would have been hard to motivate RID to push it, because so few of us lived in either Endeavor or Legacy).
