Why people leaving suddently ?

Hello councils,

Why we have a bunch of people leaving when the GU15 is coming ?

Well so far only two people have left, Synnocent, and Illiack and his alts.

I'm not sure about Synnocent, but Illiack has been talking about leaving for some time. Basically in the mail he sent, he wants to try to form his own guild.

While I wish him luck, I doubt that'll work out for him, but more power to him I suppose.

I was never really a fan of the Illiack clan, one less person that can possibly give us a problem imo.

I also do not know about Syn, he/she seemed to be having fun and fine with RID when we ran IG-88 with him/her a couple nights ago.

'Grawn' left last night and Valkore left moments ago. I'm under the assumption that Grawn left to follow Synnocent, because they were very close (usually the only two talking in Guild Voice). Valkore left because his account is running out (only a few days left). He may be back in March, when Dila'ae returns to the game. However, he expressed interest in founding a new PA with him. Of course, I told him that was a rather futile attempt. But, to each, his own.

Anyways, I'd recommend Lexx issue a statement about all this. Likewise, I'd recommend that EVERY Councilman attempt to use Voice. Microphones cost like $10, there's no reason why you shouldn't be in there talking.

Also, regarding Illiack, someone asked me about why he left shortly after he did, and I responded, "He's been threatening to leave for some time. We're not going to radically change just because he says, 'I'm thinking about leaving.' He has to make up his own mind."

Oh I didn't know about Valkore and 'Grawn', that's unfortunate.

To be quite honest though, I forsee both Valkore's and Illiack's new guilds failing miserably. I've seen this time and time again... members leaving RID to form and establish a guild in a community where already over 75% of players are guilded, whilst having little experience forming or managing a guild, especially one with such narrow focus as the one's they are proposing. They've always failed. I give them a month and a half, if that.

As for 'Grawn' and Synnocent, I'd very much be interested to see where they are going next.

Yeah, even Valkore admitted that if it doesn't take off, they'll be looking for "other options", i.e. "Please let us back into RID!" (Which I don't have a problem with, both were popular and well-liked members.)

Illiack isn't a leader, he's a follower. And, he's going to find himself in an awkward position soon. Has he left FNS? I know that Valkore and Synn are still in Fort Keen.

Oh yeah, and definitely if they plan on rejoining RID, we'll welcome them back.

I'll make it clear to RID that Valkore's sub is running out, and that it's not really a personal issue against RID or anything.

Illiack is staying in FNS and i offer him to get is friends to FNS too.
He like FNS for the trading society role of FNS.

Well speaking of cities .. i will need to recruit since i lost 15 citizens for this past 2 weeks

Wow. How'd that happen?

Of course, you should be happy. If Fort Keen lost that many it would derank! XD
