Bidding Owebb farewell in place of Ahasya

Hey all,
I sent an in-game mail, but I'll write the full, more truthful version here.
Owebb has lately be displeased with some of the members within RID, and had been considering joining another Imperial guild called ISOC for at least a week. He raised his concerns during a private meeting between me and Arramen.
He considered giving RID a chance, but made the decision to finally leave. So I removed both his characters from RID.
He got kind of upset after tonights heroic run. We had 5 RID's, including 'Andrew'. 'Andrew' suggested we invite Geedo and Conosk to the group (non-RID's). We completed IG-88, but during the run, Geedo was being rude to Owebb, lecturing him on how to heal and how to be a medic.
After the run, we decided to run Tusken. While we were preparing, Geedo was being very rude to Marko. He asked Marko a question, and when Marko didnt respond right away, he said something like, "Are you incapable of answering a single question???"
Owebb had enough and left the group. Needless to say I told Geedo to quit being jerk to my members and so I removed him from the group. Yet Owebb felt that 'Andrew' was partly responsible for introducing Geedo and Conosk to the group. He also feels 'Andrew' isn't particularly supportive of group runs, going afk at times and the like.
So Owebb finally made the decision to leave RID after that incident. He also alluded to not liking the "bickering" which was going on earlier this morning in guild chat, but I don't have details on that. If Ahasya could fill us in on that, it'd be greatly appreciated.
This is indeed very disheartening news. Owebb will be missed, and I know that he has formed strong bonds with a number of our members, especially those on this Council. But it's important to look ahead.
I am an optimist. I feel RID has been improving considerably over the past week. Guild chat is more lively, more quality, active members are joining, and we are able to get more groups formed for certain things. We shouldn't let little mishaps impede upon our view for a better guild, but rather motivate us to continue solving the problems that face us.
In any case, his wife Ahasya will be remaining in RID, and taking his place as an Executive Councilwoman. She will help us with the weekly social events.
Be sure to read the in-game meeting recap if you were unable to attend.
Thanks!
