Age restriction?

I'm no longer a wee 13 year old. Therefore, I feel no hypocricy in instituting an age restriction for new recruits.
I could care less either way, but I want to hear your opinions. Should we only allow recruits who are of age 18 or older?
Lets face it: Not all younglings are annoying but all annoying people tend to be younglings (usually).
Still, I've known many mature players who are younger, and vice-versa. It's a difficult decision.
Just curious about what you guys think.

I think it is a nice rule to have in place. I wouldn't suggest running background checks or anything, but it allows you to point to the rule if you are forced to kick someone who is immature and under 18. I think I was 15 or 16 when I joined RID, and I don't think I was particularly immature. I even like to think I contributed to the guild at the time.

That is something that is quite hard to verify. I personally do not feel the need for an age restriction. All females should have a minimum requirement of a B-Cup however.

Lol.
Well I suppose maturity is something that would be better evaluated during interviews.
