New Purging Policy? *updated*

With the new PA Roster ability to see the last log-in of every member, I propose a discussion to reevaluate the Purging Policy.

Option A) All members that are inactive for more than 180 days will be removed. This option will be renewed annually (365 days).

Option B) All members that are inactive for more than 180 days will be removed. This option will be renewed semi-annually (180 days).

Option C) All members that are inactive for more than 90 days will be removed. This option will be renewed semi-annually (180 days).

Currently, RID has 164 members. We have 19 members that have currently been inactive for over 180 days. We also have 46 members that have been inactive for over 90 days.

My preference is to Option B. 180-180 makes it very easy to remember for Executives, Members, and Recruits alike.

I guess I would stick with whatever Lexx usually does.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to respond to this earlier. As it stands, I'm thinking of allowing 90 days inactivity, excusing those who have certain military or other work obligations.

Essentially, it corresponds with the 90 day inactivity process for citizens.

Sounds good. When would you like this to take effect?

We'll possibly begin purging 90 or greater inactive members by the end of this month.
