In-Game Council Meetings

I've been part of two guilds in the past, and officers in both (Obivously Czerka, but the other was GLOOM which disbanded a long time ago). I really enjoyed the in-game meetings at a council hall or on-board arramen's yacht. I felt it brought some unity to the Council Members (AKA Officers) and actually did accomplish quite a bit. We usually started off RPing our ideas and then eventually just went all out OOC. We found that it also integrated our RP structure pretty well, which I really have no idea what the structure is for RID RP atm. Arev, maybe you and Corv can take me under your wing and teach me a thing or two. I would love to have our own "Officer's Club" but even going inside say a Diner or one of the new Sith Temples and putting it on private during the session would be cool too. That way the structures could normally be shared with other RID members. Lexx, you might have to stay in the Barn. It can be hard for everyone to make the same time, but even if most make it we can always post meeting notes in the Executive Lounge forum for everyone to see and comment on. Well, just wanted to see what you guys think.

Gee the barn, thanks! lol
Anyways yeah, good idea. With Corvallon becoming an Exec again, we should definitely get some meetings going.

Step 1: Register at
StarsiderGalaxy and read the
Newbie's Guide to Roleplaying.
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit!
Seriously though, I'd love to help. I currently have a Kette transfer (yeah, ironic considering SD-O is also from Kette) helping me in Keen right now. Although she's a Rebel, her alt is Spy, soon to declare as an Imperial when she gains a few more CLs.

*sob* I sure missed you too. *sniffle* I like both ideas. The Council should meet at least twice a month to exchange ideas, rp or shoot the breeze. I would like to get back to the ideas I was kicking around before my sudden departure. I still have the mail detailing a week full of events with a guild meeting on Sun. Roleplaying? I can certainly help you there. The first thing I suggest doing is creating a story for Bovive or another character of your choice. Where is he from? What are some of his traits? Why did he join the Empire? These are some questions to get you started, man-bro.

I believe this will an added bonus for inter-guild cooperation and unity. Plus we really do need a place to meet with each other and with potential guildies in a more formal setting. Now we just need to decide where and what type of structure to use. Hmmmmm. Meditate on this I will,.... *puff* *puff*

I'm currently (re)decorating the Fort Keen City Hall. I'll probably include some sort of conference room in there. But, the Imperial Auditorium is the next best thing.

Like the Auditorium idea. Guild-wide meetings in Ft. Oasis and Council meetings in Ft. Keen. There it is. Just don't forget the ventilation for the *puff, puff*
