R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

If you can make out the factories that belong Ruh, those mark the border to Fort Keen. Those buildings on the other side by the factories, almost certainly belong to SD-O. (The only reason why I can assume is is because they're Imperial in nature.)

Now, perhaps they're trying takeover, maybe, maybe not. I noticed a couple other houses owning to a Fyonna (who's on my friends list, so I think she's an Imperial). So, I'm thinking about messaging 'Kaliban on Wednesday and asking him what's up? I talked to Dila a few days ago, and when I mentioned the name, "Kaliban," his only response was, "Ugh...I don't want to talk about." Now, I know Bovive doesn't put much credence in hear-say, but I haven't heard great things about Kaliban either, and expanding towards Fort Keen doesn't make things look for him.

I'm not sure who Dila is to be honest. Really it doesn't make sense for either city to expand toward the other unless it is with ill intention (i.e. - take up your zoning space without declaring residence). You're right, I do not put a whole lot in hear-say, but I take it as a word of caution. I try to formulate my own opinion regarding the situation. I do agree however that these actions by him appear to be intended as you see it. Who knows though, perhaps it is a misunderstanding. Myself, I would tactfully contact him and explain my concerns. At least you will know where he stands. Heck if he sends you a mail admitting he is placing structures there just to take up your zoning area, I would think that would be report worthy

I always assume the worst, even though it may be the most unlikely outcome. Try to prepare against a possible takeover, should Fort Keen advance, and envelop the houses.

Fyonna may not have a commanding position in SD-O, but she is a former RID member who was removed during the purge. She just recently came back, and seems to be on good terms with us. Try talking to her, explaining your concerns. To be honest, I'm not certain if she's in SD-O, but I think I heard she is.

In any case, be cautious. Never know what they're trying to pull. But if you get more votes than they have people, then there's not much to worry about.
