SSG Post

The following is a post I'm tempted on making over at SSG. It may sound like an "Looking for Guild" post at the end, but I know SSG well enough, that no RP PA can fulfill those requirements.
I'm incredibly distraught at the moment, torn right down the middle with having to balance my PA and my RP.
On the one hand, RID is an OOC PA and that's fine. On the other, I'm an RPer in an OOC PA, and that's fine. The rub is when I attempt to promote RP of any nature, someone always gets defensive about it. Because of the recent Arev-Runr plotline, I attempted to open it up to all of RID asking people to fill in some positions and offering 'training' to those new to RP that would like to get involved. It immediately turned into a flame war with my Leader on the brink of banning people (I wasn't involved in this incident) with accusations against me ranging from, "You can't talk about RP here" to "Stop trying to turn RID into an RP guild".
Casual----------------------Me-----------------Hardcore (The basis of 'hardcore' and 'casual' are completely arbitrary.)
If that's the Activity of RP Spectrum, I'm in the middle. So, RID makes a good match for me. I can fulfill my 'OOC desires' (PvP, PvE, etc) without having to worry about RPing, because being perfectly honest, I don't RP all the time; until a week ago, I hadn't RP'd for a couple weeks. In other words, I haven't found RP PA that's casual enough for me to jump in and out of 'RP mode', yet still balance OOC activities. On the other hand, perhaps I'd be tempted to RP more, if I were in an RP PA.
So, the crux of the issue is this; I can't leave RID because I'd be leaving the best group of guys I've met since I returned to the game, yet I can't stay because it's hard to promote anything RP-related. In terms of joining an RP PA, I refuse to join any PA unless I know their membership OOCly. Likewise, they must have regular 'OOC activities' (PvP, PvE, etc) and must not take RP seriously (the usual your character hates my character, therefore I hate your player; be in character 24/7).
