Suggestions

Gentlemen,
First, I wish to extend a warm thank you for nominating me to this position. I am honored and I will give 120%.
I have a few suggestions that I'd like to share with you all.
Recruitment: This is the bread and butter of any guild, a guild lives and dies with this. Good members can bring a guild amazing things, while bad members can ruin one entirely. Our current recruitment guidelines are well defined and there's no need to change, just some adds.
* One week probation under sponsorship. This is to protect the guild and it's assets from golddiggers, questionable players and the like. This gives us and the potential recruit time to interact and discover if it's a good fit.
* A blacklist of known trouble makers who join and routinley get themselves removed from guilds. This would be updated.
* What classes does R.I.D need more of?
* What can we do to boost R.I.Ds appeal to female gamers? This one isn't THAT important, but I'm throwing it out there.
Platform: The council draws up a platform of what we want to accomplish and how we think we can go about doing it. Included would be the biggest issues and possible solutions. When complete, we submit to the rest of the guild for feedback. Yes, this is quite politik, but useful.
That's what I got for now. Be gentle.
