War with ChotW

I'm currently in discussion with Anishor from Champions of the Wroshyr. Yes, these guys know how to PvP, on ground and in space very well. Their numbers are fairly even with ours, but they'll prove to be more than an even match. In particular, Anishor is known among PvPers for his skills as a Rebel melee Officer.
I'm posting the PA here in the OL and not in RID Chat, in case this falls through. I restated the warring conditions to Anishor and we're currently debating the "clothing issue" (since Wookiees can't wear Flightsuits), as well as safe havens (limited to one RP city). Clothing is being used to solve the issue of having a couple dozen "no fighting areas" that every has to memorize and is bound to forget anyways. I recommended the war dates from Oct. 17 - 24, noon - noon EST.
Kio's going to have a hey-day with this.

Level Restrictions:
If they are gray conning they are off limits. May Defend yourself if attacked by a foolish gray.
RP-Cities and RP-City Rule:
In the following cities, combat may commence but must be for a role-playing reason; no 'red equals dead' , and no 'Oh, it's a [Wookiee|Imperial] kill it!' Must have In-character provocation.
Farpoint Valley, Tat
Red Sands, Lok,
Riva Dorata, Corellia
Black Sands, Tat
Mos Eisley, Tat
Safe Havens: NO Attacking here under any condition
Wookiee -Wroshyr Village, Rori
Imperial - Fort Keen, Talus
Non-combatants (those not wishing to participate in the war):
Wookiee - White Sage Robes
Imperial - Black Flight suit
