I'm posting the PA here in the OL and not in RID Chat, in case this falls through. I restated the warring conditions to Anishor and we're currently debating the "clothing issue" (since Wookiees can't wear Flightsuits), as well as safe havens (limited to one RP city). Clothing is being used to solve the issue of having a couple dozen "no fighting areas" that every has to memorize and is bound to forget anyways. I recommended the war dates from Oct. 17 - 24, noon - noon EST.
Kio's going to have a hey-day with this.

If they are gray conning they are off limits. May Defend yourself if attacked by a foolish gray.

In the following cities, combat may commence but must be for a role-playing reason; no 'red equals dead' , and no 'Oh, it's a [Wookiee|Imperial] kill it!' Must have In-character provocation.
