just a few thoughts

I was just in a group with someone and helped get a few of our members to help out on a DWB run, unfortunately we had 2 rebels for medics (jisra and temouge) but we got the job done, we were helping Kor'dil (sp?) on a piece of mandalorian armor. first time i been that deep in the bunker, nobody died. :)

stuff like this, just helping *ANY* imperials that need it, will help give us a very good reputation, and if we keep doing stuff like this, our members are more likely to be called upon for instance groups and the like.

some things we need in our guild: medics. it's practically a necessity these days...i don't mind rebels in our groups, but would like to see our guild as having alot more medics...look at recon for example, they've got like 4-6 medics, so they have at least 1 medic on at all times.

if we could take 1 day out of week perhaps, and have 2-4 RID members posting 'security' in various starports and imperial outposts like the dantooine imperial outpost, talus imperial outpost, yavin imperial outpost, say for about 30 minutes to an hour.

you know, like Lord Vader does, he comes down to Theed and Coronet every so often to issue orders and such, stays for about 30 minutes to an hour...and I think we should follow that example.

we could have the event called 'resupply' or something, where we give away samples of food, powerups, etc. to imperial citizens and soldiers. as well as send out mailers with waypoints to our vendors and cities to each person we give out the supplies to, this would increase business for our crafters, get more imperials wanting to move into our cities, and make our guild more active on the social side. (does not have to be a roleplay event, perhaps we can arrange for roleplayers to be at specific areas, and increase roleplaying outside of mos eisley)

Perhaps the Army could get on top of your suggestion about "resupplying" - which I really like. I'd also add the Static Bases to that list as well. Maybe even add "Infiltration" where I camp the Rebel bases on Rori and Naboo.

Activity will improve when morale improves. Morale improves when Officers encourages our men to participate in activities. Circular logic? Perhaps. The truth is members need to know who the leaders are and both sides need to be in constant communication with each other. When I participated at the Space PvP event last Saturday, I grouped with RIDers whom I never even met before. Although, I think they may have been alts. Case in point, we want to see RID continue, we need to step it up and grab members to participate as well. We'll need to diversify, as not everyone is a PvPer, PvEer, or RPer. Corellian Dream Cantina in Fort Keen is undergoing a much-needed remodel right now, so that RIDers can find solace in an well-defended Imperial City, as well as having some good RP.

I'll be organizing an HK run later this week.
