R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

Recently, Ulruk asked if Csar could join RID. I sent out the app to him, he filled out and returned it. I noticed that it said former member. I spoke with him and he said he was having trouble getting time to sit down with Lexx and talk again, he also mentioned that he left on "good terms".

Whats our next step here?

Yeah I've got no concerns about him from what I can recall.
