I guess I should explain the story of Xaphan'.

Months ago, maybe over a year ago, we recruited a member named Maatt'. There were some personality conflicts with him, and he decided to leave RID. He was a real close friend to Erougn, and he insisted that Maatt' return to RID (since Maatt' wanted to again). We did, but we had some problems with Maatt' same faction bounty hunting, so we booted him.

Maatt' renamed his character to Xaphan' at that point, though his crafter alt (Agod') remained in RID. He used Agod' (and still does) to craft +35's for RID. He seems to be pretty slow on that progress though. Anyways, he left the game for a bit, but just recently returned, with Agod' still in the guild. He wanted Xaphan' to sign up, and I accepted. I suppose it wasn't the best choice, but I figured that it wouldn't make a difference since Agod' was already in RID, and he won't be able to same faction hunt.

I agree though, his attitude tends to be rather immature. I'm not sure what to do with him, because for all we know, it could just be a matter of time before he upsets someone.

Well he already upset arramen, me, corvallon, and tenvik. I also heard complaints that he hasn't completed order on agod. For fucks sake, why don't people stick with the trustworthy traders like me and arramen? Hell, we are always accepting new toons! Same faction hunting = life ban as far as I am concerned.

How is he acting in guild chat? I haven't been online at the same time as him most the time, so I'm not too sure.

Is it what he says specifically, or how he acts in general? Either way, we can work on removing him from RID. It is true that he is *very* slow on the orders. He took lots of resources, and hasn't seemed to finish any suits.

I didn't stick for the whole conversation, but he made Arramen very upset. He was being obnoxious, to say the least.

He needs to be knocked down a peg. He generalized us all as winy, and dont know the meaning of working hard to get anything in swg. He should be watched atleast, We can discuss it in game, and possible vote on it.

Let's make it clear to him that asshattery,of any kind, will not be tolerated. If he persists, then he's history. I'm giving him a second chance to make a better impression on me than he did.

I figured enough was enough. I stressed to him that the decision was ultimately mine, and not anyone elses.

Yeah Sorry I didm't pop on at all but headed to bed got to work in the Morn then I am running a Star Wars Pen and Paper game, much like D&D but Star Wars, from noon till 5 pm Sunday so I will be on evenings this weekend.
