Good for you, Lexx. Actually, I only new about Good to Great from being involved in national Student Government organizations, which, of course, connects you to businessmen and politicians, usually. I was recently reelected to be the Vice President/Chairman of the Student Senate of my Student Government, and that the whole quality>quantity argument is one that I've beaten time and time again. Like I said before, there's nothing intrinsically and extrinsically beneficial by letting everyone into an organization.
