Guild Ranking Structure

Below is R.I.D's ranking structure. Our organization is broken into three main tiers. At the top is me, the Leader of R.I.D. The second tier is the Executive Council, consisting of only four R.I.D members. The bottom tier is the Proletariat, consisting of all other R.I.D members. All members may send guild mails, but only the Executive Council has the power to recruit people into the guild.

When I leave for more than one day, the Executive Chairman reserves the right to remove members from R.I.D. The ability to wage or end war may also be granted to at least one Executive Councilman, should I be away for at least a few days.

Leader: Lexx Yovel
Inquisitionist Warlord: Hel'mut Yovel (Alternate character of Lexx Yovel)

Executive Chairman: Arev

Executive Councilman: Daiho
Executive Councilman: Auren
Executive Councilman: Red-dawn

Proletarian: (Title given to all other members)

Was nothing personal, though I admit I should have made an official announcement. It was just something I did very quickly.

All it does is give him the ability to remove members during emergencies, nothing more.

Like I said, it's nothing personal, but since his online times are a bit more consistent on a nightly basis, so I felt it was neccesary to assign him that position.

A guy named Artimaes sent me tells and it seems he have talked to you Lexx about a new councils restructuration on the guild councils to a more military aspect !!!

In the end, the Council will stay, but I'm considering at least adding some guild ranks that members can acquire for personal merit.

Lol, yeah when I'm able to get in-game I'm going to export a new guild list.

In the meantime I can fix the Council portion of that list though.

If we ever can get back in game, I think it would be a good idea to go over the roster and start selecting potiental canidates for the recruiting team. So far we have had no volunteers to come forth, maybe we should look deeper and draft/ask them to join. The roster is looking good, but it could be better if we tried.
