As for the time, which works best for you?

Could try for like 7, 8, or 9 PM EST or something?

Will go with 9 EST since school will be out and give adults time to get home from work who are PST.

Yep, 8 or 9 PM EST is always going to be your best bet. It gives Euros the short-end, but since we only have one or two and they're inactive, it doesn't matter much.

Any ideas as to what the dress should be for this though? I like Amodues' idea of making a it some what of a formal party, and after the exchange they can cut lose and do w/e they want afterwards for the heck of it.

Hmm, well maybe for the formal part it can be like a suit-jacket, or something like that.

Otherwise, I think festive attire could work too. Like the holiday jackets they give out from the Life Day vendors, or red/black clothing.

Well that's what I was indicating, but you have to get some of those who are old fashioned and like thier armor look to do it. I am not sure what would be best, but w/e you think will work.

Well I plan to decorate the city today with a life day tree and some other things using the decorator device.

Otherwise, everything seems set from what I can tell.

I have the packs with numbers in them, all I need to do is make the vendor and dress it up with the colors of the holiday. So every thing is set for tomorrow, just have to wait out the time.

I guess it was not meant to be, I waited 20 mins and no one showed up. I had to log cause I went and bought a RL friend a Birthday dinner. Maybe next year then.

It's ironic; the only times that I've ever seen a high RID turnout for RID events was at RP events. All other events, doesn't matter the type, PvP, instances, social, etc, you have to cross your fingers and hope for a moderate turnout. To be honest, this is why I'll never schedule any instance nights. It's easier to teach an RPer how to play the game, than it is to have gamers show up to events. XD
