He sent me a tell asking for it, i ignored it, but he did it just the other day

Actually I sent him a warning mail and forwarded it to everyone in the council. One more strike and he is gone.

He didn't even know who he borrowed the credits from. You know if you don't even bother remembering the person's name that you borrowed from that you have no intention to pay them back.

I believe it was before. I havn't seen him around much since you sent that mail.
