Replacing Corvallon

Well Guys,

I have not heard from Corv for some time, and I would like to keep his spot open. I would however like to find at least a temp replacement for him and if they work out maybe even add them as a full time executive council member. Zorb's online time seems distressed and honestly I don't think he would really like to be on the council. He is more of a follower than a leader, and as much as I love Zorb (in a brosexual way) I would have to vote no for him being a member of the council. I did notice that Kuuhl is back, now I am not sure how much he is going to play or for how long, but I believe he may be a nice addition. Thoughts or suggestions?

yes I agree on your assessment of Zorb and I too have a Bromance with him we have been on a few broad trips, but I see that he is a follower as well. As far as your nomination of Kuuhl I would think he would be a good fit, if he were more active. Like many other members of the guild Kuuhl has been off and on the game for a bit now, while that is not a bad thing hell I have done the same as well, I think I would need to see him a bit more active before I would say yes to it. Bad thing about trying to find a very active member I would say they are already on the Council right now. There are many times I get online and all night it is just Me Bovive and Arramen online and that Rodian Trader guy who never talks in Guild Chat but is always in Eisley Cantina.... Migo I think his name is. But I honestly have no suggestion for a replacement to be honest.

Well, Corvallon has said that a replacement would be acceptable, when he said he probably wouldn't be around much.

If Kuuhl is back, work with him. If he seems to do a good job, we can give him an official position.

Also, while it's still up for debate, Arev may be interested in a position with the Council. While his attitude can get on the nerves of many members, he seems to be more active lately and wants to get events formed.

However, I am probably going to wait and see if he directly shows interest in joining himself.

I dig Arev and I know he has been very interested in putting together events and such which is awesome. The only problem and I don't think it is really a problem is like Erougn, Arev is the kind of person which whatever he writes kinda sounds like like is he is being mean and mad at you, even tho that might not be the case. I joke with Erougn all the time saying he has no Tact and need a PR man for his posts and guild mails hehe. but that aside I think Arev would be a decent choice as well but again there have been times he has been MIA from the game.

Gentlemen,

It hasn't been a great start to the year for me. People getting sick and dying or getting diagnosed with sick. My ex-girlfriend has been diagnosed with cancer. She and I don't know much at this stage and she's spose to go back to the Dr for particulars. My current girlfriend, while not unsympathetic, doesn't like my ex suddenly entering my life again, but she knows that just because you break up doesn't mean you don't care.
I miss all of you and hope I can come back sometime this century. I'm sorry finding an interm for me has been challenging. I don't have anyone in mind either.

Hope all of you are well and continue to RID that Rebel scum. Will update again soon.

Hang there Corv, you know we're all pullin for yeah. On the subject of arev, i have met him in game, but seems to be a bit of a complainer. I dont think we need to have that in the council right now. but as always the choice is your Lexx.

Ok here is a thought, which is kind of out of the bounds which we have set previously:

I will nominate Arev for a 30 day probationary period for Council Member IF we sit down and talk to him about his attitude on the forums and in-game (especially his mails). He has attacked me specifically several times, why I do not know (jealousy maybe?). He brings a lot to the table but he has to be kept on a short leash, possibly even a choke collar. I would only agree to this if all of us and him were in a group chat and discussed it and hashed things out. Also Lexx I would want this thread deleted before he was accepted for obvious reasons lol.

Second thought:

Erougn is the man with Space and Space PVP. People from other servers even know him, as I have found in SS SOE Forums. Being that space is SO different than ground and none of us have anything to do with it on any REAL aspect, I am thinking perhaps to grant him a RID Space Leader title in-game but not put him on the Council and not allow him access to our boards. A condition to my approval on this would be the same as for Arev, so hash things out and address his attitude. Generally both of them are good but their posts are flaming and I cannot say that I havn't been drawn into their trap of bad posting.
