Erougn interested in joining the Council

What are your guys thoughts on a fifth member joining the Council? I'd really hate to over-expand the current set-up, but a member named Erougn has expressed interest in becoming a part of the council.

Erougn has been in RID for years, and is mayor of Fort Victory on Rori. He used to be commander of the Navy in the previous system. He's been pretty inactive as of late, but seems to be playing more lately. And if he continues to do so, we may be prepared to offer him a position on the council. It may be helpful in boosting RID's space superiority.

What's your guys take on it? I'm not sure if many of you know him, so I'd recommend trying to get in touch with him in-game, and determining if he'd be "council material."

I think he would be a great asset to the council since he is very knowledgeable about the space aspect in the game and partakes in the weekly events so I say yes.

I know Erougn, he is a cool guy. I really wish he was a lot more active however. I rarely see him on and honestly have never seen him participate in one event. Then again maybe he doesn't like ground stuff.

I've only had one interaction with him. He doesn't seem to be as active these days.

As an outside observer and ex-player, my opinion about Erougn in a leadership position has always been based on how active he is (going back to when I played). He plays in spurts, usually for a month or two at a time and then takes a break for work (which I can understand). He is brilliant in regards to his knowledge of space, but I've always had issues with putting people into leadership positions who are not active enough (or leaving them there for the sake of pleasing people). Doing so just seems to cause confusion and discontent amongst the troops...

I have no problem, i just wish he was on more. But he is the man for space.

Anyways, this just in: Erougn has changed his mind.

Erougn said that he may not be quite suitable for a council position, but that he'd still like to unofficially form a squad of pilots to get us back in the loop for space.

I may give him recruitment abilities, so long as he adheres to the application requirements and what not.

I would gladly use erougn for space events and recruitment. He is very knowledgeable! I would def use him as an asset to the council, just not as a member of the council.
