Brainstorming for Friday celebration

I'd like to get a Fort Oasis celebration going Friday night, around 7:00 PM EST.

It'll give RID a good chance to get together and know one another. I am also debating whether or not to invite other Imperials/Starsidians as a whole.

I'd like to make this RID-only, but from past experience, it feels a bit deserted when its just our guild, depending on how many come.

I'm also wondering what activities there should be. I've got no problem using storyteller props to build a dueling arena or something.

I agree it's a bit empty with just RID people but maybe we want to give our coordinators a chance to just set things up on a small guild only scale for a couple weeks before they have to perform in public? I'd leave it up to the people doing the planning if they want to keep it small guild only or public.
