Zade' toying with IMPHL?

Judging from the application he's posting in the IMPHL forums, he wants to join their guild: http://www.imphl.com/index.php?topic=26.0

He says:

Hmm, yes, I still have RID Tag, but I want to join IMPHL.
I can be a serious player, plus I have alot of downtime on my hands now, so I can be on more then I usual are.

If your on and Im on, will you let me join the guild? And Im wondering if you guys do lots of Instances..cause I try to do them all once a day if I can.

I say kick him. I don't have a problem with someone leaving RID to join a new guild, but if they are going to do it they need to do it 100%. If he is rejected from IMPHL, perhaps he can come back later, but while he is actively seeking another guild he does not need to be wearing the RID tag.

Yeah, I'm tired of people joining RID as a temporary lifeboat until they find a "better" guild.

Maybe we can remove him. That way he wont have any guild to join, especially since I doubt IMPHL will accept him.

Actually I've had a problem with 'Zade because he logs on at like, noon my time, and begs the guild repeatedly in guild chat to please do instances, then gets mad that no one will go with him (it's the middle of the day dammit, no one is online!) and pouts and complains about it.

I think IMPHL will accept him, they have really low maturity standards. I also think he'd be really happy with them, and get a lot done for himself in that busier guild than he can get done in RID.

I also agree with Apium, kick him now. It's insulting that he's just using us for a comfy warm spot in the bed while he's off carousing with other guilds.

I try to keep a friendly repertoire with everyone in the guild, although, I have found it difficult to do with Zade'. He never joins our raids when he is logged in, I have never really seen him make a contribution to the guild itself. The only time I do see him in a R.I.D. raid is when *HE* has a stake in the loot and is guaranteed a drop.

He is rather demanding with his requests, and expects the other members to help him in anyway he asks.

As I have said before, I am all for getting the loot/items *YOU* need/want, but when you make no visible positive contributions to the rest of the guild, I see no reason to keep you around, unless you change your ways.

((WoW! That last part was a HUGE run-on sentence.))
