R.I.D BASE OF OPERATIONS

If you spend some time in SSG, you'll see that many PAs have a PA member icon underneath their name. I'd like to get one of these for RID. According to Tziena (current RP Senator and admin for SSG):

Member group Icons need to be 100 x 20 pixel and in gif, jpg, or png format. They will look something like this:

I would greatly appreciate an RID banner than matches those requirements.
