We had a party. Only around 20 people this year, usually more like 40-50. We watched football, had a thanksgiving buffet, and disowned a cousin.

Shouldn't you be off celebrating Hannukah or something?

so my girlfriend agreed to play an MMO with me. Now I just have to decide which one. I'm not subscribed to any right now (except for Planetside which I am getting for free). What do you guys think she should try so we both enjoy it but she doesn't get turned off at the beginning? I don't know about you guys, but if I had not been a child who was easily amused when I started playing MMOs I would have easily become frustrated and never picked up an MMO again. I don't want that to happen and obviously I don't want to be bored.

Well, you'll need a MMO she will definitely find engaging. The problem is that in most MMOs, it's an uphill battle for new players that can get tedious quick. They're always overwhelming at first. If you can find a MMO that is a good hand-holder, try that one. Most of them offer some sort of trial that you can use, so I suggest trying out a few to see if you can find something she will like.

Then again, if you're a lucky guy with a GF who is a gamer then you might be able to get away with just about anything... Otherwise, you're better off with Mario Party... lol

Try WoW, it's addictive as crap. If not that, maybe Pirates of the Burning Sea or LotRO.

Yeah but I'm an LSU fan so I really hate them tonight.

So what do you predict will happen?

I just sent my deposit to UNC, so I guess go Tarheels (although I don't care at all about basketball and football).

As for tonight I'm going with the Buckeyes, my mom is an alumnus.
