Fort Oasis... I'm not even sure if Mirage was around back in my day. I think that may have been before the secondary cities, its been more than 2 years since I've played.

I'll do a check on some peoples homes, but I wouldn't be concerned. The homes dont really get destroyed, they get redeeded into your datapad without loss of items.
