keep him/her locked in the basement. In all seriousness it really depends on my financial state. If I couldn't afford the time or money to take care of him/her I would put him/her up for adoption.

Problems or not, they're my kid and my responsibility.

if you can't take care of them, then you can't take care of them. End of story.

If it's my kid, and I have the means to take care of him or her and provide a reasonably comfortable way of life for the child then of course I would keep it. Adoption would be an absolute last resort, meaning either give the child up for adoption, or it cannot survive with the means you provide. Bottom line is you want the best life for your child to have.

for the most part the cd is only an extra secruity precaution. Download a no-cd batch for BF2 and bypass the use of a cd altogether.

You could do that, but it -should- work if you put it in the cd drive.. if not that is messed. Check out troubleshooting docs in the game manual and on the web site, I never got that problem when I installed BF2. Is it just BF that doesn't work or other games as well?

Have you installed all of the patches? No-CD errors usually show up in games that have not been patched. After that, go grab a crack for it.
