actualy for the new robe you have to, complete both med and waistpack collections, get 10 jedi relics, kill 4th exar kun boss, have both jinzu and ORH(not sure if u just need schems or hav it crafted), and somin else i cant remember right now.
apart from ones where you have to kill bosses the collection is updateable for those who have already completed some of the ones needed.
plus once you have the new robe wether u get light or dark, if you switch sides you have to do a whole questline to get the other robe, these robes to get from shrines once being able to.
