It could be worse. You could be in college. I'm not talking those wussy freshman level classes, I'm talking Junior and Senior level classes with final projects due that make up a third to half of your grade... Trust me, you have it easy in comparison.

Do you really want to come to cold and snowy northeast Ohio???

On the flipside, we do have a minor league hockey team now... That's about it for things to do. If I was getting an Xbox 360, you wouldn't hear from me for a month or two. But, I don't think I'll be getting one of those any time soon. $399.99 for the premium version is a little steep for me at the moment (especially considering I am typing this from my two month old laptop). I refuse to buy the $299.99 version too... Call me crazy, but I want wireless controller and the hard drive. Halo 3 is coming out in the spring (I hope). Maybe I'll pick one up then (or go crazy tonight and drop about $450 to get one by the 22. Circuit City still has some... IF you can get on their web site).

My only issue with getting one on launch day is there aren't many games that interest me. NFS and COD are about the ony games that I'm interested in for the Xbox 360 at the moment.

All the snow that we got where I live was barely a few snowflakes... Cleveland (which is like 50 miles northeast of me) got like 10 or 12 inches of the white stuff...

So, how much snow does everyone here have in their front yard right now??? The northern Midwest is currently getting hammered and the northeast is next. I currently have about 2-3 inches in my yard and by the way it looks, we might have up to 8 or so by the end of the weekend. Cleveland is supposed to get around a foot of snow and anywhere between Erie, PA and Buffalo, NY may get up to 3 feet of snow by the end of this early bilzzard.

So, is anyone else getting buried???

Looks like the bulk of the snow might have missed you. Lake effect snow is gonna blanket Cleveland through Buffalo. That's the one advantage Toronto has over cities like Cleveland and Buffalo, you don't get the lake effect snow like we do.

I know right now I only have about 2 or 3 inches in my front lawn, but the lake effect snow machine is going to kick up tonight and tomorrow and we'll probably end up with a total of around 6 or so whan all is said and done...

...Toronto is on a lake. They got 7-10cm of snow.
