It definitely looks very thorough, but the Devs still managed to turn it into a grind.
Hopefully, it won't be too bad.

Wow how to cut in the budget.
since the NGE I think it's the WORST GU. I hope there won't have to much stupid quests created by players.

I don't think they are necessarily cutting costs, I believe they are trying to (finally) build up SWG's sandbox elements, which haven't received love in years. Because, I fervently believe that LEC wants SWG to succeed along with TOR. With TOR catering to the Theme Park crowd, and SWG to the sandbox crowd.
