This years Life Day actually looks pretty entertaining. You can get the STAP Speeder Platform if you do a short easy quest, and there's some other items, such as a holographic table as a Life Day item.

those new buildings are awesome, I know they won't be crafted by Structure traders, but its still nice to see the noncombat side get some dev love.

They need to up the loot drop rate in TCG or us 5 pack per month members are never gonna get anything worth a damn.

The two structures can only be obtained from the TCG. Structures traders cannot build them. SOE screws traders over once again.

Yeah, it's really a shame that those two structures are being implemented via TCG. At the very least, they should offer comparable, yet craftable alternatives.

Actually its not when you were billed but the first day you logged into tcg.
Atleast thats when i get mine.

Yep, that's how it works. Keep in mind that you can redeem loot cards on either character. Once you do that, you need to type /claim on the character *you want it to have*, to actually get a hold of the item. Most, if not all, the loot card items are one per character.
