Cybernetics Changes coming in 28

I went ahead and went through the Cybernetics systems and did some work to make these items work in the NGE combat system. When Pub 28 you should see significant changes to these items. Armor values have been upped, out of date stats have been removed and most of the cybernetics are much faster re use with the damage numbers making more sense. Most of the cybernetics are now a 4-10 minute reuse time. Pre existing ones should be auto updated. Nothing was changed in the aquiring/application of these items.

Depends on the arm... I know of the rez arm, the range arm, and some other melee arm. The range cybernetic let you shoot farther, the rez arm lets you rez someone every certain ammount of hours, and the melee arm just gives some bonuses in melee combat... I guess the names were already self-explanetory lol.

There are the following:
1 melee arm, which provides the Cybernetic Shock ability
2 ranged arms, which provide different range or damage stat modifiers, and abilities such as Cybernetic Sure Shot (might only be 1, correct me if I'm wrong)
1 resurrection arm, which does exactly what the name implies.
Each arm also provides armor values due to the fact that the arms themselves take up all of the clothing/armor slots on the arm they are equipped to, along with all robe/cloak slots. You are still able to wear jewelry with them.
