Theater finnally obtained

We lost our theater for quite some time, but we finnally have it again, and Fort Oasis feels complete. Unfortunately, the Rebels blew up the SF Forward Outpost right next to our city hall (it was such a perfect location), and we can't put a new one there again due to the new distance requirements.

Although, we have more room for housing, and Fort Oasis still stands at a nice a number of over 110 citizens.

Our theater is going to be used as a collosium for dueling.
