Fort Keen gets Shuttleport!

After a long 18-month trial of patience, Fort Keen finally advanced to Rank 4 and was able to attain a Shuttleport. In my absence from the game, Ruh Shi'od (former RID member) took over as mayor. His current agenda is to hold monthly town hall meetings, finish decorating the City Hall, and acquire a new Medical Center.

Please stop by at anytime. If your house(s) were cleared in the purge, please let Ruh, Kioet, or myself now, and we'll get that taken care of.
