Inacitivity Alert #1: Fort Oasis

Hi everybody,

This is the first of what will be many reports, gauging the inactive status of many cities, associated or not. Today, cities which will be destroyable during the next housing purge on Marc 3rd, have been marked as (Abandoned) on the housing sign. Here are my finding for Fort Oasis, and more results are pending.

Fort Oasis Report:

Number of Structures: 182
Number of Citizens: 58
Number Requires to Maintain Rank: 40
Number Abandoned: 39
Important Structures Marked as Abandoned: Hospital, Prison

While not all abandoned structures may be citizens, I want to assume they are. So as it stands, we essentially have 19 active citizens. We'll need to recruit at least 21 more to maintain our metropolis status throughout the housing purge.

We'll need to clear furniture from the Prison and Medical Center, since those are marked as abandoned (I am on admin however), and we'll need someone else to place a new Medical Center.

I would theorize that now is a good time to consider city consolidation. We are spread thinly across several cities and planets. I would almost suggest that every member have at least one character declare residency in Fort Oasis. In regards to the Med Center, if you want, I can respec to Medic and place one down.

Hmmm....perhaps Fort Czerka can merge with Fort Oasis. I'll talk to Arramen (About 12 toons we can transfer I think)

Consolidation may be an option, but I'd wait until the first of February before making final decisions. If I can pull in at least one citizen per day, until March 3rd, we'll be well above the needed number of citizens.

I already promised Erougn my alt for FV, but if he doesn't need him I'll place a house there. If that hospital goes down, can I put my own in its place?

Fort Victory may need citizens too. I have yet to do a proper evaluation of that city.

But yes, if we still need it, you'd be more than welcome to place the medical center in Fort Oasis. I'd just ask you put me on admin, so that I can help decorate it (unless it's decorated already) :P

You can decorate it, since I don't have any cool medical decorations, but I still get to name it. I'm thinking: 'The Bloody Stub Clinic' or 'Regal Imperial Chop Shop'. haha

If Rett hasn't gotten someone to take over the ownership of the medical center in Sarlaac City yet, we have a decorated one that can be transferred.

hmmm... I actually dont HAVE one - I was just going to buy one. Since I'm a medic it only seems right that I have a clinic...

So if, uh, Rett isn't taking...well...uh...how do I put this?

*wink* *wink*

You would have to get with Arramen on a structure transfer. He actually took it over on his toon Gweido.
