Inacitivity Alert #1: Fort Oasis

Hi everybody,
This is the first of what will be many reports, gauging the inactive status of many cities, associated or not. Today, cities which will be destroyable during the next housing purge on Marc 3rd, have been marked as (Abandoned) on the housing sign. Here are my finding for Fort Oasis, and more results are pending.
Fort Oasis Report:
Number of Structures: 182
Number of Citizens: 58
Number Requires to Maintain Rank: 40
Number Abandoned: 39
Important Structures Marked as Abandoned: Hospital, Prison
While not all abandoned structures may be citizens, I want to assume they are. So as it stands, we essentially have 19 active citizens. We'll need to recruit at least 21 more to maintain our metropolis status throughout the housing purge.
We'll need to clear furniture from the Prison and Medical Center, since those are marked as abandoned (I am on admin however), and we'll need someone else to place a new Medical Center.
