What should Hel'mut be mayor of?

I am debating what to do with Fort Farpoint Valley. We can have Hel'mut destroy it... run it... or transfer it. If he transfers it or destroys it, he'll be a mayor of a new city, possibly on an island location.

lol destroy it so I can add a shuttleport to my estate. I already have a personal bank.
