Citizen reduction for cities...

Apparently cities wont require as much citiziens. Dont know why they are doing this... I guess to give mayors time to adjust to a possible housing purge?

this disnt seem to have taken effect. MEKsico city is still city class, but has WAY more then what they said would be metropolis lvl.

No, it HAS taken effect. What happened with MEKsico City is Dantooine already has the maximum ammount of metropolis'. If another city lowers from metropolis to city, MEKsico will advance.

yea it did today. bunch of other citys got shuttles to. the ghetto is one lol. and a few ghost towns.
