Hit Rank two today! I hope to have a cantina and bank up soon... 15 more citizens until size three. Thank you RID for all your help.

yes, i kno of a place that i can buy a medical facility and a cantina, ill buy them and you can remburse me, ill give them to you leviathen later today

hrm, we have a Cantina, but we will need a Medical Centre when the city grows another size.
